Value Prop Workshop, Japan update and PR for HOLYWATER

Hey all! Excited to write here, even though I don’t do it regularly enough. Here are some updates on professional and personal stuff!
Insights on Value Proposition Workshops
Last month, I tried a whole new approach to my brand building process with one of my clients. We got the entire team on board and based our work on a series of workshops. I've done similar things before, but for this project, I created the methodology from scratch.
After the first 2 weeks of research, which included user interviews and segmentation, I held weekly workshops with the team. The main ones were based on the Value Proposition Canvas. I divided it into two meetings:
Brand Persona
Value Proposition
The team included user acquisition managers, product managers, designers, and of course, founders. We had 3 groups, each working on one user segment.
💪The most challenging task was making all the user segmentation theory simple to understand and easy to use. So I mixed the brand persona framework with the JTBD framework. And I think it worked!
🥰 The most pleasant thing for me as a brand strategist is when your work is really applicable for the team. So in every workshop, we had a task to come up with 5 ideas on how to use this information in the daily work of each specialist at the workshop. And it worked - we came up with lots of ideas on how to implement new knowledge about users into product and marketing!
Let me know if you're interested in this topic and I'll prepare some structured materials and templates to share with you! (as it is a whole bunch of work to do, I want to be sure that it’s needed)

Behind the scenes:
I started working on brand strategy with HW this summer. Now, we're updating how our brand looks. I've decided to stay with the team to implement our brand strategy and communications ideas in the global market. I'm now leading International Brand, Communications, and PR. Also, I'm building a team and looking for a Global PR Manager to help me with Corporate and Executive PR.
